About
Although I am pursuing a PhD in "Classical Archaeology" (and my background is in Roman history), my primary field of research is in the societies and economies - in particular the agriculture and settlement - of pre-Roman & pre-historic Italy (from approximately 1000-500 BCE). I suspect that post-PhD, I will find myself looking further and further back in time, and I am OK with that.
